Yeah, yeah, this was a stretch, but I was hellbent on doing a picture that called back to the journey thus far even if it didn't fit the prompt.
Ynk-Topia was a challenge. I have always used brush pens rather than a real paint brush to ink my comics, and I wanted to force myself to use the brush and see if I improved. And you know? I'm still not quite as fluent with the brush as with the pens, but the versatility it gives me is so much greater that I'm going to use it moving forward anyway.
Not next month. Next month's comics were made before I did Ynk-Topia. But starting in December you should see them.
Well, back to Hat Trick tomorrow. As I upload this, the November monthly isn't even started, but by the time you see it, you'll probably be able to get it off the support page. And, of course, Subscribestar Subscribers have had access to all of November's comics and some of December's for over a month.
