I don't think this plotline can be salvaged. But it has produced some art I am genuinely proud of. So I've gone back and forth about showing it off. I probably won't continue it unless I magically, in the future, find a satisfying resolution for it. In the mean time, of course, anyone can see the later, cooler episodes in the SubscribeStar archives via the support page.
You can tell by now I actually care about the artistry of the strip -- and at the same time, I'm telling myself I don't or I shouldn't. After all, these days when I've surrendered to the comic, I take care not to allow doubled or missing border lines, but that was clearly not the case when I scanned this one in.
