When I decided to make Bunny Trail Junction proper, and Hat Trick part of Bunny Trail Junction, and genuinely try to add some polish and artistry to this strip, I concluded that if it came down to it, telling a story was more important than making gags if ever there was a conflict. But at this point, I still figured the format was Gag-A-Day.
I do have a lot of love for the Gag-A-Day format, even though I have consigned it to the back burner.
